WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 48 hours before 3 pm on the day of arrival. Cancellations within the 48-hour day cancellation policy are subject to the first night’s room and tax. No refunds. Please be aware that attempting to modify a reservation within the 48-hour cancellation period will be considered a cancellation.

Special Events may have a different cancellation policy.

WHAT IS YOUR DEPOSIT POLICY?

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold the reservation. The credit card will be authorized pre-arrival to ensure validity, however, no deposit will be taken.

Yes, we offer pastries and light fare in Anvil + Ax.

IS THERE A BAR OR RESTAURANT ON YOUR PROPERTY?

Anvil + Ax offers a lounge with drink service and light fare.

ARE YOU PET FRIENDLY?

No pets are permitted on Hotel Morgan property. Only service animals as defined under the ADA are permitted and must always be under the handler’s control. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and we do not allow these on property. Guests violating this policy will be charged a minimum of $250 cleaning fee and asked to vacate the property.

WHAT IS HOTEL MORGAN'S SMOKING POLICY?

We are a smoke-free property. A $250 fine will be collected from anyone found smoking on property.

DO YOU OFFER PARKING?

For your convenience, valet parking is available to guests at a rate of $20 per evening with unlimited in-and-out privileges. Valet Parking is required for all hotel guests with vehicles. For self-park options, visit the Morgantown Parking Authority website. Daily / event valet parking is available for $15 per day / event.
